You can explore your options. Either suck it up and be hungry until the next day (yeah, it sucks but it is possible), you can eat very low cal food then exercise the excess calories off, or you can reduce your calories for the rest of the week to make up for what you over ate the one day. If you eat a bunch of veggies you'll get full with minimal calories. If that just doesn't sound appealing then maybe it isn't actually hunger after all. Good luck!
I eat a huge salad with light dressing. Sure there's still calories in the salad, but at least it's really, really good for you. Plus it helps relieve the hunger.
